At VivyBox, we strive to provide quality products and a positive shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be considered only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was received.
- The item is missing components upon delivery.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, worn, assembled, or altered.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales.
- Personal care, wellness, or hygiene-related products once opened.
- Gift cards and digital products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Failure to provide supporting documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Refund Approval
Approved refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. VivyBox reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by VivyBox.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VivyBox is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact VivyBox prior to initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims may be contested with supporting order and delivery documentation.
