Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
- Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $75
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout for orders below the free shipping threshold
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
VivyBox is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delayed Shipments
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- High shipping volumes
- Events beyond our control
VivyBox is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking indicates a package has been delivered, VivyBox is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may enter processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
